In cases of data transfers outside users’ regions, we implement measures to protect user data, such as encryption and privacy training for employees. RYGO adheres to Standard Contractual Clauses within the Data Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions Framework agreements to ensure lawful data transfers.

This Privacy Notice may be updated periodically, with significant changes communicated through the RYGO app, email, or text message. Continued use of RYGO services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
